About Program
Stepperiders is a family-owned, Mongolian horse trekking company with a herd of over 200 horses living on the ger camp grounds.
We are looking for a friendly, well-organized, dynamic Camp Manager Intern to join us from mid-July 2018.
You will be based full-time at our ger camp, with transport to the city. You'll go on horse rides every day and explore beautiful Mongolia.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Ensure the camp operations are running smoothly on a day to day basis
• Welcome guests & help them with their needs
• Supervise our volunteers and work with local staff
• Take part in & head up day rides, as well as training for treks
We'd like the ideal candidate to be outgoing, with a passion for horse-riding and working with people. You’ll need to have a love for the outdoors!
We offer accommodation, food, free riding and transport to/from UB, as well as visa assistance.
